The Computer History Museum is the world's largest and most significant history museum for preserving and presenting the computing revolution and its impact on the human experience. Come and discover how computing became the amplifier for our minds and changed the way we work, live and play. We hope your visit will be educational and entertaining, and that the legacy of these innovations will inspire you and many others for generations to come.
Currently on display is Visible Storage, an exhibit featuring highlights from the Museum's collection, Mastering the Game: A History of Computer Chess and Innovation in the Valley, a celebration of Silicon Valley companies and pioneers.
Tours: Docent led tours of Visible Storage are available: 11:30am (Sat Only), 1:00pm, 2:30pm (Wed, Fri, Sat & Sun). Tours last approximately one hour. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes. Please be aware that backpacks are not permitted in the exhibit areas. The museum is wheelchair accessible. There is no charge for the tours, but donations are welcome and membership is encouraged.
Admission is Free.
Museum Hours: Wednesday, Friday & Sunday 1 to 4PM Saturday 11 to 5pm
