Welcome to the Asian Art Museum one of San Francisco’s newest attractions. We are one of the largest museums in the Western World devoted exclusively to Asian art. Its holdings include nearly 15,000 treasures spanning 6,000 years of history, representing cultures throughout Asia. Housed in a fantastic 40,000 square feet gallery space, the museum recently went under a dramatic transformation under world renowned architect, Gae Aulenti.

Hours:
Tuesday through Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm with extended evening hours every Thursday until 9:00 pm. The museum is closed Mondays, major holidays (New Years Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas), and during certain large scale Civic Center Events (please call for details).

Seniors 65 and older with ID:	$8
College students with ID and youths ages 13 through 17:	$7
Children 12 and under and SFUSD students with ID:	Free
Members: Asian Art Museum Members always receive free admission. Join today!	Free
Thursday evenings after 5 pm:	$5
